2021 Laughing Bird Chardonnay is crafted from grapes specially selected for their intense flavor, grown in family-owned, sustainably managed vineyards in South Eastern Australia. These low-yield grapes are far more concentrated, allowing for the full appreciation of the variety. This dry white will greet you on the nose with bright lemon and green apple aromas. On the palate, ripe peach and melon notes are complemented by richly textured creaminess from oak barrel-aging. The finish is deliciously refreshing.
