This is made entirely from Merlot grapes grown at the producer's high-elevation Attelas Vineyard on Atlas Peak. With an inviting rose petal aroma on the nose, it offers a sinewy texture on the palate that carries flavors of pomegranate, rhubarb and lemon zest. It is lush yet balanced.
