Introducing the sixth release of our acclaimed Cellar Collection series: a Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey finished in Peach Brandy & Toasted Oak Barrels. This limited expression stands as the latest emblem of Angel's Envy's ever-evolving craft and relentless pursuit of what's next.

Distilled between 2014 and 2018, this Kentucky Straight Rye was finished in two distinct ways — one portion rested in peach brandy casks, the other in toasted oak barrels — before being blended back together. The result is a layered interplay of fruit, sweetness, and spice that showcases the transformative power of thoughtful finishing.

Inspired by the natural balance between orchard fruit and oak, Master Distiller chose these finishing barrels to elevate rye's innate character, producing a richer, more expressive profile that bridges tradition and innovation.
