Big Stick Bourbon uses the finest ingredients to produce a proprietary mash bill, distilled in a traditional method and aged in a medium char barrel.
It is our innovative next step that places a charred new American White Oak Stick into every bottle that makes our bourbon even more special. With the charred Stick added, some might compare this to a “double-oaked” whiskey. That process however is with spent barrels, where our Stick is new White American oak. This allows our bourbon to gracefully integrate with new charred oak twice. Once in barrel and again in the bottle, continually adding complexity. Enhanced and evolved flavors develop while under seal and capture the “angel’s share”. This makes Big Stick Bourbon a smooth, delicious and exceptional whiskey!
