Big Timber is a dynamic blend of high grown Indonesian and Latin American coffees, crafted to showcase the best of each origin. Using a post roast approach, each component is roasted separately to highlight its unique character, then blended for balance and depth. The result is a layered cup where creamy chocolate richness meets bright citrus lift, rounded out by a smooth, smoky finish from our signature darker roast.
The name comes from Big Timber, a double black diamond run at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, where co-founder Rick chases first tracks. Known for its steep drops, tight chutes, and dense tree lines, it’s a run that demands confidence and rewards boldness.
