Booker's Bourbon Small Batch (750ml) is the uncut, unfiltered, barrel-strength Kentucky straight bourbon created by Booker Noe - bottled straight from the center of the rackhouse with no chill filtering and nothing added. Every release is a limited small batch with its own name, proof, and age statement, which makes Booker's a favorite among high-proof bourbon drinkers and collectors.
Expect big, full-bodied flavor: toasted oak, rich caramel, and vanilla on the nose, leading to brown sugar, charred oak, and warm baking spice on the palate, with a deep, long, warming finish. As a barrel-proof whiskey it rewards slow sipping - try it neat, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
