Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-03 "Kentucky Chew" is the third Booker's release for 2018. It's named for Booker Noe's signature way of tasting bourbon, he would take a sip of bourbon, work it around his mouth and then smack his lips a few times in such a way that it seemed like he was chewing on the liquid. This batch was chosen by Fred Noe, Booker's son, who additionally employs the Kentucky Chew method when tasting bourbon.
