Bowen's is a smoky whiskey from California. Made from a 100% corn mashbill and aged in hand selected forest-fire-ravaged Red Oak casks from the Californian Piute mountain range, this has distinct campfire notes. The whiskey is then brought to 90 proof with electrolyzed micro-clustered water to bring out the complex nuances of the corn and oak.
