The Bowmore Sherry Oak Cask Collection was launched in 2025, showcasing Islay’s oldest licensed distillery’s mastery of sherry cask finishing. The 15 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask is matured for at least 15 years in a combination of European oak Oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels, before being finished in Oloroso sherry seasoned casks.
