Breckenridge Distillery has taken its award-winning bourbon and finished it in rare Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels from the Andalusia province of Spain.
Each barrel was exclusively selected from a solera hundreds of years old.
Nose: Raisins and spun sugar burst out and are nearly cloying, balanced by worn leather
Palate: A fruity kick similar to punch starts off here, deepening into fruit leather and baking spices. The back palate comes in with creaminess and some warmth.
Finish: Short finish with creaminess lingering slightly.
