Briottet Crème de Pêche de Vigne is a small wild peach liqueur from Edmond Briottet in Dijon, France (est. 1836) — made from pêche de vigne, the wild vineyard peaches that grow near Beaune in southern Burgundy. These small wild peaches are more acidic than table peaches and are macerated whole to capture the entire essence of this rare fruit.
Briottet is one of the oldest French liqueur houses, with the crème liqueur range consistently cited by bartenders as the quality benchmark for fruit liqueurs. The Pêche de Vigne is distinctive within the peach liqueur category because it captures the wild vineyard peach character rather than commercial peach varieties, producing a more layered and slightly more acidic peach profile. Excellent in a Bellini variation, the Kir Pêche, or in stone-fruit Daiquiri builds.
