Commercial Description:
Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection is made from a base of sorghum and peas. The spirit was produced using what were essentially whiskey processes, and was matured in three types of casks, including charred, toasted, and uncharred oak barrels. The three components were then married together and bottled at 90 proof.
