Make new symbols. Make new signs. Make a new language. With these we'll define the world. And start all over. As the curtain of the evening night gently unravels, we find ourselves quite transcendent. So we decided to create a new festive lager with our new friends from Automatic. The Los Angeles trio opined upon a new beginning for Pilsner, and so we erased all we’ve done to evolve these 10 years. Right back where purity remained. This German style Pilsner was mashed with 100% pilsner malt grown off the coast of the Adriatic Sea and hopped in the kettle and fermenter with Hallertauer Hersbrucker and Saphir hops before lagering in stainless under high pressure for distinctly natural carbonation. Release yourself into this nod towards tradition and invite aromas of blooming meadows, shadows of sourdough bread cracklings, and crisp whispers of the herbs of summer.
