The Joven — Spanish for ‘young’ — blends the fresh, agave-forward character of unaged silver tequila with the rounded complexity of extra añejo in a proprietary ratio that produces the signature smooth, sweet, and complex profile that made Casa Dragones internationally recognized.

The tequila is double-distilled in small stainless steel pot stills rather than the stainless column stills used in most commercial tequila production, retaining more agave character and producing the silky, clean texture that defines the house style.
