Produced at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco — a family-owned operation dating back to 1904 — this reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, fermented with native yeasts, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The resulting spirit is then rested in American oak barrels for a period that softens the raw agave intensity while preserving the distillery's signature earthy, mineral-driven profile.
