Aged 18 months in cask finish barrels
The aroma reveals rich layers of brûléed banana, cream cheese frosting, dried pineapple, and Demerara sugar, accentuated by cinnamon and subtle smoky undertones. On the palate, this complex offering unfolds with flavors of fruitcake, blackstrap molasses, plum, hibiscus, rum-soaked raisins, black cardamom, and clove, culminating in a lingering finish of anise, cigar wrapper, and deep dark sugar notes.
