Chartreuse V.E.P. Green is the exceptionally long-aged expression of classic Green Chartreuse from the Carthusian monks, bottled at 54% ABV in a 1L format.

V.E.P. — Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé — means exceptionally prolonged aging in oak casks, producing a deeper, smoother, and more refined version of Green Chartreuse while keeping its bold herbal complexity. Made from the secret blend of 130 botanicals dating to 1605, it comes in an individually numbered, wax-sealed bottle in a wooden box.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does V.E.P. differ from standard Green Chartreuse?
It is aged longer, giving deeper complexity, a smoother texture, and a more luxurious profile.

Is it still made by monks?
Yes, Chartreuse is handcrafted by Carthusian monks in limited quantities from a closely guarded recipe.

How should I serve it?
Neat, over a large ice cube, or in small amounts as a cocktail modifier given its intensity.
