Cierto Reserve Collection Añejo is a rare blend of the finest Añejos in Mexico. Its sweet aromas are derived from soft Burgundy barrels, giving this añejo its signature cherry and chocolate aromas. These aromas then transition into wonderful cherry, spice, and dark chocolate flavors with an incredibly smooth finish.
"Warm toffee aromas, followed by butterscotch and subtle spicy notes on the tongue. There is also some hint of smoke, which gives it a smoothness and sense of balance. The finish is somewhat sweet, with long notes of black pepper."
