A light-hearted balance of indulgence and drinkability, these stouts are inpired by some of our favorite pastries and culinary treats.
The first addition to the King Size Assorted Treats series is Coco-Nutter Almond Chunk. Brewed with an array of mouth-watering adjuncts, this Imperial Milk Stout pours the color of dark chocolate with walnut highlights. The nose is complex, shifting from morning bakery aromas of peanut butter and toasted almond to the sweeter side of things, where rich vanilla and a candied-coconut character make an appearance. A complex grist bill, with a generous portion of various wheat malts and a restrained lactose addition, make for a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and gently sweet finish.
