France's oldest orange liqueur, Combier uses sun-dried sweet and bitter orange peels from the Mediterranean. Peels macerate in neutral spirit for 48 hours before distillation in historic copper pot stills. The distillate is then blended with pure cane sugar syrup to 40% ABV and rested several weeks to harmonize flavors.
