Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
The early summer rendition of our Daily Serving lineup features a bright bouquet of freshly picked berries! Brewed with strawberries & blueberries, Daily Serving: strawberry and blueberry presents a lovely deep magenta with an enticing haze. The nose is packed with jam-like aromas. Notes of blueberry preserves and strawberry lemonade delight throughout. Medium-bodied, soft on the palate, and just a touch sweet, Daily Serving: Strawberry and Blueberry is easy to love.
