Deanston
Deanston Distillery was established in an old mill near Doune in 1965 and is a Highland malt whisky distillery. Visitors are welcomed at the Deanston Distillery visitor centre where distillery tours are available and its superb cafe is open all year.
Nose. Sweet and mellow. Marinated rich fruits, prunes and vanilla.
Palate. Smooth and creamy custard. Christmas pudding. Dark fruits.
Finish. Long, sweet and fruity with a hint of sherry wood.
