With a doctorate degree, "The Doc" has developed a unique palate for distilling spirits, introducing unexampled palliative delights to the world of craft spirits.
Founded in a Harlem basement in 2012, Doc's All Natural Spirits is the 1st Absinthe Distillery in New York City. Created using organic New York grown grains and botanicals from around the world.
Each small batch is bottled individually, wax sealed and hand-labelled by master distiller.
