Cutting Tiles is an exploratory series of Double IPAs featuring a range of aromatic single hop varietals brewed with raw local wildflower honey, which allows for a remarkably deft and dry body while simultaneously providing an earthy backbone.
As we continue to push the boundaries of hopping rates, we've given our Cutting Tiles recipe the double dry-hopped treatment. Pouring a vibrant orange with a heavy, glowing haze, ridiculous amounts of Australian Galaxy hops contribute their signature mango nectar, pineapple juice, and passion fruit aromas. The wave of tropical fruit gives way to raw wildflower honey's signature earthy and floral character. Full-bodied and soft, with just a touch of sweetness, it's easy to understand why we love Galaxy DDH Cutting Tiles.
