Tasting Notes:
- Color: Bright, luminous, with silver shades and a light straw yellow color.
- Nose: Heavy tones of preserved fruits such as peach, cherry, ripe banana. Also, spices like cinnamon, black pepper and delicate herbal tones of mint. The cooked agave is sweet with touches of honey, vanilla, caramel, and olives.
- Palate: Balanced, silky and sweet, honey, cooked agave, fruits and cinnamon.
