PINK BOOTS SOUR IPA
Brewed with 2-row malt and additions of flaked wheat, oats, and special aromatic malt to provide a soft mouthfeel with a light golden hue. Kettle soured to produce a clean, balanced lactic acid profile. Heavy additions to the chilled whirlpool of the 2019 Pink Boots Society hop blend lead to moderate bitterness and floral qualities. Vermont ale yeast provides esters of tropical stone fruit. Double dry hop additions of Loral, Glacier, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Sabro round out this beer with notes of rose petal, lemon curd, tangerine, and grapefruit. Pleasantly tart!
