Bright and refreshing, apple-y, medium dry, sparkling, fine cider with a wonderfully rich aroma of peaches and cream, apricots & custard. As always we handpicked the fruit from the unsprayed, traditional orchards we foster in the Exe valley, which included perry pears and quinces aswell as apples. It’s unfiltered, unfined with no added sulphites and no added sugar.
