Batch No. 2 of our “Finished Blended Series” is an exquisite double-barreled 8-year-old, 4-grain expression finished in a Maple Syrup Cask. Crafted with a team of collaborative partners from “Bottles & Barrels,” “COPA CABANA COCKTAIL & CIGARS,” “CORNHUSKER BOTTLE SHOP,“ “OLDEVINEWINE & SPIRITS,” “PROOF WHISKEY BAR & CRAFT COCKTAILS,” “THE RACK WINE & SPIRITS” and “WINE, BEER & SPIRITS.” This unique team, skilled with the finest pallets as well as industry premium spirits knowledge and experience, selected and blended a blend of 3 unique whiskies from Kentucky (9-year-old), Louisiana (8-year-old) and Indiana (6-year-old). The 62% Corn, 20% Wheat, 10% Rye, 8% Barley Mash Bill blend was finished in a former Maple Syrup Cask for an additional 4 months then bottled at cask strength at 114 proof (57% ABV).
