Hazy IPA. We’ve been brewing this one since before Good Word started in Duluth. Going all the way back to my back porch on the homebrew set up in Decatur. This beer and Good Word have come a very long way.
I keep evolving the beer, like most brewers I tinker. And the recipes moves slightly in a new direction. The beer comes along for the ride. Hops and techniques change as I learn and we grow as a brew team. Vic Secret, Simcoe, and Citra.
We use Spectrum and DynaBoost in the kettle. Utilizing new process to eek more flavor into the final product. HyperBoost and Liquid Lupulin, and London Tropics and Thiol Boost from @berkeley_yeast it just keeps getting better. And the tagline for this beer still rings true; When you’re passionate sleep comes last, if it comes at all. Never Sleep
