For over 100 years, the family of Don Alberto have been artisans of agave spirits, utilizing traditional hornitos, clay ovens, to create a depth of flavor. This anejo is no exception with a strong aroma of roasted pepper, vanilla, and tobacco. Headed by an almost syrupy feel, the vanilla-tobacco aroma carries over into the woodsy flavor and with a dry and bright finish.
