Winemaker Notes

This Champagne is made with our vineyards from Mancy and Cuis, with a chalky-clay soil. It is produced 100% from Pinot Noir. Its color is obtained by macerating the grapes with the juice, giving it the color typical of “rosé de saignée”. Its nose is particularly marked by red berry notes. Elaborated in thermo regulated stainless steel and matured 2 years in our underground cellars, the Brut rosé with its subtle 8 grams per liter dosage is the fruit of a rigorous vinification. It is the ideal wine with which to celebrate the most beautiful emotions. It is also the ladies' favorite!

A fine stream of bubbles underline a deep rose color. The warm nose shows ripe berry aromas (blackberries) and cherries in alcohol. Its' elegant mouth is dominated by cassis, blackberry and strawberry jam notes.
