This exceptional Anejo is produced from hand-harvested agave grown in the fertile region of Amatitan, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in traditional brick and stone ovens, imparting a distinct flavor profile. After cooking, it is aged for twenty-five months in American white oak barrels, allowing it to develop its rich character and smoothness.
