A few years ago, three friends noticed that high-quality tequila was being sipped a little too seriously, while the so-called “fun” tequila was entirely undrinkable—even when heavily diluted in a sugary marg. They realized that quality didn’t have to mean compromising on spirit, while spirit didn’t have to mean sacrificing quality. So, they set out to craft something that checked both boxes.
