The latest in their special cask finish series, this exquisite malt whisky is aged three years in Japanese Mizunara oak, followed by three months at sea. Then it ages for seven years before being briefly rested in former Ruby port pipes for four months. The nose invites you in with notes of candied orange and toasted marshmallow, while the palate makes a lasting impression with enchanting hints of dark chocolate and peppermint.
