The LAGG Corriecravie Edition is a bold and refined single malt that begins its journey in Bourbon Barrels before being finished for around 6 months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads, specially sourced from the renowned producer Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. This dual maturation process enhances the whisky’s depth, delivering a richer, more complex flavor profile.
Crafted using Concerto malted barley and water from our own borehole, the Corriecravie Edition benefits from a carefully selected yeast and fermentation process, allowing us to achieve the full-bodied character that defines this exceptional spirit.
Compared to the Kilmory expression, the Corriecravie Edition offers a slightly richer taste profile, showcasing notes of sweet spices and rich fruits, which are perfectly balanced with the subtle influence of peat.
Bottled at 55% ABV, this edition is non-chill filtered and contains no added coloring, ensuring that its purity and integrity remain intact.
