Overview: La Table Ronde is the identity card of Maison Lancelot-Pienne, Gilles Lancelot's Blanc de Blancs benchmark from which his distinctive style and philosophy emerge.

Through his respect for terroir, the oenologist invites you to become intimate with the greatest Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs.

The authenticity of the terroir is evident in the golden color of this lightly aged Chardonnay. The slow, continuous emergence of its fine bubbles reflects the nobility of these renowned soils, carrying the racy aromas right up to your nose.

Tasting Notes: Minerality emerges, with the emergence of gunflint, but also a carnal side, with a hint of Viennese pastry. Gilles Lancelot magnifies this brioche-like sweetness with a subtle nose of lemon cream. The palate confirms this terroir and our hopes. La Table Ronde reveals all its fullness, its slight vinosity softened by its salinity and “wet chalk” character. The persistence of the aromas allows us to travel longer on this unveiled terroir.

Pairing: Although it's enough on its own to tantalize your taste buds, the Table Ronde will also sublimate an aperitif with smoked salmon or oysters au gratin.

Taste it with fish such as sea bass or braised turbot, and you'll understand the intensity of a terroir at the service of gastronomy.
