Barrel Proof is a brand extension for Heaven Hill’s Larceny Bourbon that was launched in 2020. It consists of bourbon made from a wheat mash bill from barrels aged 6 to 8 years, bottled uncut, non chill-filtered. This expression is the first release for 2022, available in limited quantities as of February. It is bottled at 124.4 proof.Aroma: Toasted bread, with maple and cinnamon.Taste: Rich molasses coats the tongue, with notes of fig and hazelnut.Finish: Nuanced flavor fades into lingering warmth
