Every whiskey that Laws Whisky House creates comes from heirloom grains that are a terroir-driven flavour experience. Laws' whiskies are distilled, aged and blended with fellow whiskey hunters in mind.
This expression is the first rye whiskey to be Bottled-in-Bond in Colorado history. It hails from San Luis Valley rye grains of a single season, shaped by Laws as the single distiller, then aged in their federally bonded rickhouse for at least four years.
Nose: Cherry cola, honey, and black currant.
Palate: Hazelnut, mint, green mango, melon, and serrano pepper.
Finish: A lingering finish of star anise and sage.
