Appearance: Deep amber-gold colour with rich reflections, indicative of significant sherry-cask influence.

Nose: Rich aromas of sticky dates, cherry compote, baked figs, dark chocolate, and a hint of orange peel and treacle toffee.

Palate: Full-bodied and rich — dried fruit (raisins, sultanas), warm spices (cinnamon, clove), cacao nibs, espresso-mocha beans, and a depth of oak-vanilla complexity.
