Two years ago, we teamed up with our adult, human buddies at The Veil to brew a Double IPA with blood oranges. We've both done some growing up in the time since and felt it was the perfect time to release a more mature collaboration. Mature Adult Human, the sophisticated version of Adult Human, is a Triple IPA brewed with blood oranges. We amplified the fruit additions to achieve a nose bursting with huge citrus pith aromas. On the palate, notes grapefruit rind, freshly zested orange peel, and dank tangerine meld together accentuated by a delightful, balancing acidity and creamy mouthfeel. Mature Adult Human pairs well with paying bills, folding laundry, and washing the dishes.
