This stainless bolt secures the inner burr carrier on Mazzer conical grinders equipped with an impeller. It's the longer of the two lengths used across the conical lineup, and worth noting: it isn't listed in any published Mazzer catalog, which makes sourcing the correct one on your own genuinely difficult.
