Mazzer Mini G Grind By Weight Espresso Grinder

The Mazzer Mini G takes the Mini's compact body and adds a professional built-in scale, so the grinder weighs what it actually delivers rather than estimating from a timer. Doses land within about a tenth of a gram, and a vibration filtering algorithm keeps that accuracy honest on a busy counter where a lesser scale would drift.

In grind-by-weight mode it adapts the dose for you, so changing grind setting does not mean reweighing and re-dialling. The TFT display runs in nineteen languages with three programmable doses by weight or by time, a manual mode, load cell recalibration, a dose countdown against your coffee stock, and alerts for service, worn burrs and an empty hopper. A magnetic stainless dosing cup is included, holds up to thirty grams, self-aligns under the spout and suits fifty-eight millimetre baskets, so you can grind hands-free without a portafilter in the fork.

Same rating as the Mini at roughly a kilogram a day, which puts it in small cafes, roaster bars and premium home setups. We stock the short-hopper version at 280 grams. If you would rather grind by time and spend less, the Mini covers the same platform.
