OVERVIEW: “A quality blend of small batch, single malt whisky from Speyside’s finest, Monkey Shoulder brings forth smooth, balanced tasting notes of honey, orange and vanilla. Originally crafted to create the perfect Old Fashioned, its aroma and palate make Monkey Shoulder perfect for mixing. Rich, vibrant, and not overly fruity, this blended whisky can elevate any cocktail.”

TASTING: “NOSE - Zesty orange, vanilla, honey and spiced oak; TASTE - Mellow vanilla with spicy hints; FINISH - Medium length, spicy oak and a hint of peppermint on the tail.”

PRODUCTION: “A unique blend of single malts, In the end, we found our perfect formula to get our signature smooth blend of Speyside single malts that produce a complex array of delicious flavors. We found that ‘three’ was our magic number, just enough to get our signature smooth & rich flavor from different malts whilst still being able to pick out individual flavor notes to pair. Produced in small batches. Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and blended in small batches for up to 6 months, then married to achieve a smoother, richer taste before bottling.”
