Introducing the Mythos series by Nuova Simonelli. Arguably their flagship grinder model, and with good reason. All three Mythos models boast impressive specs, such as 75mm burrs, micrometric grind adjustment, clump crusher technology, portafilter holder and more.

The Mythos Basic despite being the basic model, this machine is anything but that. Having the ability to grind coffee on demand with almost no holdback makes this one of Simonelli’s premium grinders. Not to mention the three programmable dosage options, on and off dosage mode, and a barista mode, that comes standard on all models.

The Mythos Plus features a built-in tamper, which is the perfect solution to inconsistent tamping pressure. Giving the barista the ability to quickly and consistently tamp coffee grinds ensures high productivity with amazing results. To use it, the user simply grinds the coffee and pulls the lever down until a satisfying click sound is heard. This signifies that the optimal pressure has been achieved.

The Mythos Clima Pro is dedicated to coffee specialists and enthusiasts alike. Building on the Mythos Basic, Nuova Simonelli’s designers went to the drawing board with professional baristas, to solve some of the largest issues facing coffee shops. Together they came up with the Mythos Clima Pro. Featuring 75mm temperature controlled titanium burrs and an LED illuminated workspace.
