Commercial Description:
For Staveyard Framboise we pureed whole berries and refermented in a blend of three different oak barrels before topping it off with a dose of the house lactobacillus culture. The punch of sweetness from the berries are subtlety balanced by a horsey funk and a wisp of wood tannins.
