The Cigar Cut Island Blend features a novel blend of Old Elk’s base whiskeys, including high-malt straight bourbon whiskey, straight wheat whiskey and straight rye whiskey - each of which if brought forward with distinct finishes from Port, Sherry, Sauternes and Rum barrels. The final taste profile is lighter in style, a touch tropical, and transports us to our favorite summer gateway. Old Elk Cigar Cut Island Blend consists of 6 Year Old Old Elk high-malt bourbon finished in sherry and port casks, 6-year-old Old Elk rye finished in rum casks, and 6-year-old Old Elk wheat finished in sauternes casks.
