Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, Pacific Coast Spirits Agave Spirit is our vibrant take on what many know as tequila. Sourced directly from Jalisco, Mexico, the piñas are slow-cooked in traditional ovens, juiced, and shipped fresh to our California distillery. There, the rich agave nectar is fermented and distilled in an 8-hour run to create a crisp, earthy spirit that forms the foundation of our award-winning agave lineup.
