CRITICAL ACCLAIM:

“A minerally Champagne with aromas of chalk, citrus, lemon pith, oyster shells, iodine and linden tree. Vertical on the palate, with floral flavors and a fine mousse. Very intense and persistent, with a medium body and long, zesty, lingering mineral acidity. 3 g/L dosage. Drink or hold.” - 97 PTS, AUDREY FRICK, JAMES SUCKLING (10/2025)

"The 2019 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Minéral Grand Cru is fabulous. All it needs is time to unwind. Readers should be in no rush. Bright and packed with energy, the 2019 is so classy right out of the gate. Vibrant and intensely mineral, the 2019 is very closed in on itself. That won't be a problem in a few years' time, but for now, the Minéral is a wine for the cellar. Extended saline-inflected notes punctuate the sculpted finish, adding to the wine's alluring personality. Minéral, a blend of old-vine sites in Avize and Cramant, is slow to emerge, but it's a Champagne that rewards cellaring. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: June 2025; multiple disgorgements throughout the year." - 96 PTS, ANTONIO GALLONI, VINOUS MEDIA (11/2025)

“Disgorged in October 2025 with a dosage of two grams per liter, the 2019 Blanc de Blancs Minéral has turned out beautifully, unfurling from the glass with notes of orange peel, yellow apple, peach, and mirabelle plum. It is full-bodied, concentrated and muscular, with a layered, ample and textural palate that exhibits a rich core of fruit and ripe yet racy acidity. Charming in profile, this is one of the more generously structured renditions of the cuvée on record, attaining some 13.5% alcohol after the second fermentation.” - 95+ PTS, KRISTAP KARKLINS, WINE ADVOCATE (03/2026)

HOUSE NOTES:

OVERVIEW: “Vintage Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne; Always vintage-dated, this cuvée comes from carefully selected parcels (Champ Bouton in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant) chosen for their similar geological profile: a thin soil that immediately overlies the chalk. Precise, flavorful, and saline, this mineral wine reveals the chalky dimension of its terroir. Disgorged two months before release, with a dosage limited to 3 grams of sugar per liter.”

ABOUT US: “Owner Grower-Producer (no purchase of grapes) in the Côte des Blancs in AVIZE. Our 12-hectare vineyard is mainly located in Grand Cru vineyards planted with Chardonnay grapes. White grapes harvested and pressed by us. Our winemaking approach is natural. The soils of our vineyard have always been maintained by tilling, and each year we apply compost made from local ingredients to the vines. The biological activity of the soil generates health and productivity in the vineyard. Our Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the estate and riddling is done by hand."
