After discovering that this Peruvian coffee carries delicate floral and fruit notes reminiscent of a classic Ethiopian profile, we knew it was something special worth sharing. It offers a beautifully smooth cup layered with complexity and nuance.

PeruNor partners with APROSEM Café and Cocoa, a collective of roughly 235 dedicated farmers. Each farm is carefully managed to uphold Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and Organic certifications, including the use of natural buffer zones, or purmas, to protect against contamination.

Through ongoing collaboration, PeruNor supports both established and new producers, helping them meet rigorous certification standards while strengthening the long-term sustainability of the region’s coffee-growing communities.
