This compact heat exchanger machine can be compared to other machines in its class, such as the Rocket Appartamento and the Izzo Vivi. With an E61 commercial group for temperature control, and a large 1.6 liter steam boiler, you can steam large quantities of milk at once and keep up with guests during entertaining.

In addition to protecting the internal components, the Quick Mill Anita's polished stainless steel housing gives the machine a stylish appearance that pairs well with any kitchen décor. Aside from the outer shell, the machine includes a removable cup warmer, drip tray, and grate. In case of internal component maintenance, the outer shell can be easily removed.

An E61 brew group is a highly desired feature on a high end espresso machine. Even after extended periods of inactivity, the brew group maintains a constant temperature before, during and after brewing.

An espresso machine with a built-in low water cut off, such as the Anita, can prevent catastrophic damage to your investment. The boiler is equipped with a magnetic sensor that detects the water level and cuts off power when it falls too low, preventing excessive heating. Power to the water pump is still allowed to flow even when the shut off feature is in place, so you don't have to worry about an unexpected power outage mid-shot.

Producing good espresso requires temperature stability, which is why portafilter material plays a very important role. In comparison to materials such as aluminum, the Anita features chrome-plated brass portafilters that provide superior temperature stability. Inconsistent espresso shots will be produced by a portafilter that allows temperatures to fluctuate.

Two pressure gauges come with the Anita: a boiler pressure gauge and a pump pressure gauge. By sensing pressure reductions in the boiler, a pressure controller maintains the boiler's temperature. In the event that the pressure falls below a certain level, the heating element is powered on until the pressure is restored. By adjusting the pressure at which the heating element is turned on, you can adjust the boiler pressure more or less. It is not necessary to remove the outer shell or any other components.

With the three liter water filter, you’ll be able to make numerous drinks without stopping for frequent refills. By removing and refilling the reservoir at a water source, or by using a pitcher, the reservoir can be refilled. Removing the reservoir for refills and cleaning is easily accomplished through a hinged access cover. Please make sure to use softened water in the water reservoir to protect your machine from scaling related damage.

Anita offers great performance and reliability thanks to its powerful 52 watt, vibratory Ulka pump. A thermal overload protection feature protects the pump from potential damage caused by overheating.
